The world didn’t end in screams. There were no grand lights, no warnings, no panic. There wasn’t even any pain, the only common language amongst all living things. The final shroud fell on Earth in silence. In darkness.
Humanity’s last flirt with nature’s laws ended in tragedy. A simple miscalculation, which gave birth to the most destructive force in the universe – The Black Hole. A raging god that consumed everything that was known. Sometimes I wonder, if someone somewhere from afar witnessed that eerie spectacle. If some other, distant civilization observed our demise in awe of this phenomenon.
Our story doesn’t end here though. A collective consciousness – Post Sapiens cult, which transferred itself into a digital form, has foreseen that human luck will finally end. Soon before the cataclysm struck, a ship was shot into the void of space, with an unaware but conscious copy of the universe, which keeps on roaming the black emptiness. Live 2.0 goes on, but this time, there is someone to guide them.
Listen to its stories.

about
Homo virtualis – Body bots, A.I. scripts that could take all motor functions of its users whenever they wanted while their minds could roam around as someone else, in different digital worlds via direct connection of their brain to cloud servers. No one was obligated to BE anywhere except where and as whom they wanted.
lyrics
We were there
A dust
Among the stars
Nothing but slaves
To indifferent gods
Subjects to rules
Set to make us small
Closed in damned shells
In premade frames
In just one world
One life
And skin
2x
Life is just a blind arrow
Shot behind the scenes
So why should I be around
If I don't wish
Everyday’s sadness ponds
That drown us in their depths
Can be sailed without effort
With new worlds tech
You’re working in a worthless pit
Assembling random toys
Struggling not to kill yourself
As each morning goes
You can use a bot now
That takes your motor skills
Handling your body
According to your theme
Your limbs have to work
Fulfilling present goals
But your mind can roam around
Whenever it wants
Depending on your funds
And imagination
Though bones are still stuck
You can be whatever you want
No errand hard enough
No lie that cannot pass
Every our need has an app
Outrunning ourselves
A boring family
Or a wish for set of skills
Every our need has an app
Outrunning our dreams
So I'm floating now
On an endless ocean
So vast
Stars are shimmering shy
Conceiving patterns
So wild
But that bores me in a while
So I jump to a different
Time
4x
Life is just a blind arrow
Shot behind the scenes
So why should I be around
If I don't wish
I am flashed and I am wondering why I did not recognize this band earlier. Looking forward to hearing more from this talented and innovative guys in the near future. The album is a must have! almaju
I never cared about symphonic metal at all. I do very much care about folk as well as progressive metal, and so I couldn't resist after reading the third exceptional AMG review for Wilderun in a row. 'Sleep...' has been on my radar for quite some time, being graced by one of the most beckoning cover arts I have ever seen. The band more than lives up to its reputation, composing great musical pieces from start to finish. I absolutely love the multitude of influences being put together here. David Fischer
The songs are masterfully composed and flow together beautifully, and the orchestration is exactly how I want metal orchestration to sound: full, playable by a real orchestra, and just as important to the music as the vocals, drums, guitar, and bass are. tonycordeshimself
Streamlining their post-metal sprawl through a sharper melodic focus, the Scottish juggernauts' third LP is labyrinthine yet approachable. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 25, 2024
